Christian County sophomore, and University of Kentucky softball commit, Emmy Blane was named Second Team 3A All-State in softball Sunday by the Kentucky Softball Coaches Association. Fellow Lady Colonel sophomore Tyler Shemwell was named 3rd Team All-State. While the KHSAA does not class softball according to size, the coaches association splits their all-state teams into three classes.
Crittenden County senior Cassidy Moss was named Class A First Team All-State. Union County’s Evyn Hendrickson and Jaci Babbs were both named to the Class 2A First Team, while Webster County pitcher Karlie Keeney was named to the Second Team.
Madisonville’s Kaylee Tow and Mallory Peyton were both named to the Class 3A First Team, with Tow named Kentucky Miss Softball.
