A member of the Christian County boys golf team is among the very early leaders in the statewide rankings. According to kygolf.org, Christian County’s John Buchanan is in 7th place in the first All State Points update, which was released Tuesday. Buchanan, to date, has 110 points. Daniel Love, from Daviess County is in 1st place with 135 points.
The All State Points Committee supports the Mrs. Golf, Mr. Golf, and All State Golf 1st and 2nd Teams. The Committee consists of boys and girls high school golf coaches, persons from amateur and professional golf organizations.
