Hopkinsville will scrimmage Bowling Green tonight at the Stadium of Champions as they prepare for the start of the 2017 boys’ soccer season. The Tigers return a large senior class from last year’s squad that went 21-5-1 and won the Second Region title. The Tigers beat the Purples 7-1 last year in the regular season. Bowling Green went 12-10-2 and return 17 seniors from a team that lost to South Warren in overtime of the Fourth Region championship.
The JV game starts at 5:30 with the varsity to follow at 7pm.
