Christian County hosts Madisonville in their girls’ soccer season opener tonight at the Stadium of Champions. The Lady Colonels are 12th in the YourSportsEdge.com Second Region rankings, while Madisonville is fifth. The game will be the coaching debut for Christian County’s Shannon East, who saw the Lady Colonels go 1-1 in their preseason scrimmages. She says she wants to see her team be the aggressor in tonight’s opener.
