The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers’ soccer team won an interstate battle Thursday night, beating Clarksville Northwest 4-2. Hopkinsville, ranked third in the latest YourSportsEdge.com 2nd Region rankings, was again led by senior midfielder Avery O’Hara, who recorded two goals and two assists. Sophomore forward Keeli Miles and senior forward Gwendolyn Bell added a goal each. Sophomore Natajea Babb had six saves in goal for the Lady Tigers.
Hopkinsville returns to action August 29th when it hosts Ohio County at the Stadium of Champions.
