Four middle school volleyball teams from the region were involved in the Heritage Christian Academy Warrior Invitational Saturday. In addition to the host Lady Warriors, middle school teams from Christian County, Webster County, and University Heights took part in the day of volleyball action. Some of the results:
UHA Middle over Christian County Middle 21 -16 and 21 -10
HCA Middle over UHA Middle 21-7 and 21-7
HCA Middle over Webster County Middle 21-15 and 21-10
Webster County Middle over UHA Middle 21-18, 12-21, and 15-12
In the championship of the tournament, HCA beat Webster County for a second time, this time by the score of 21-10 and 21-11.
