
The Hopkinsville Tigers made it four wins in a row to open up the 2017 boys soccer season Tuesday night as they routed the Madisonville Maroons 8-2. In the four game winning streak, the Tigers have outscored their opponents 32-3.
Hoptown got a big night out of junior forward Ryan Roussel who pulled of a hat trick with three goals on the night. He also added one assist. Tyler Aldridge added two goals. Ethan Noel chipped in with a goal and three assists, while Caleb Joiner and Braden Casey added a goal apiece.
Hopkinsville heads off to Bowling Green this weekend to participate in the Purples Classic.
