Heritage Christian Academy Middle School had a runner finish in the top 25 of the Fenton Dawson Invitational Cross Country Meet Saturday at the Trigg County Recreation Complex. Ava Gentile finished 22nd in the girls’ middle school race in a time of 10:44 over the 1.5-mile course. Jaci Stewart (11:08) finished 34th.
In the boys’ race, Matthew Gentile led the HCA runners across the line with a 45th place finish in a time of 9:44. Jonathan Dechman finished 99th, and Luke Houston was 122nd.
