After getting a wake up call during the first set, the Caldwell County Lady Tigers roared back for a four set win over Daviess County Thursday night in Princeton. The Lady Panthers opened the match by taking the first set 25-20.
Apparently that was all Caldwell County needed to get things rolling, as the Lady Tigers came back strong to take the next three sets 25-15, 25-10, and 25-13. The win upped Caldwell County’s record on the season to 6-2, with their only losses coming to two Top 25 teams out of Louisville, Holy Cross and Presentation.
Caldwell County returns to action on September 12th, when they host Murray at the CAB.
