The Calloway County Lakers opened strong and never looked back on their way to an 8-0 win over the Caldwell County Tigers at Butler Stadium Thursday night. The Lakers led the match 3-0 at the half, and then added five more goals in the second half.
The win was the 5th in a row for the Lakers and was their 4th consecutive shutout. Caldwell County falls to 3-3-1, while Calloway County improves to 5-1 on the season.
