Lilly Strader notched her fifth hat trick of the season to help University Heights take a 5-2 decision at South Warren Saturday. The Lady Blazers improved to 8-1 on the season ahead of Monday’s All-A Sectional contest.
Kate Cansler added a goal and assist, and Alli Cundiff had a goal for UHA.
UHA also won the JV game 4-1 as Grace Pape scored twice, and Kate Cansler and Emma Perry each scored one goal.
The Lady Blazers host Murray Monday night in the All-A Sectionals at Givens Field. The winner advances to the All-A State Tournament Saturday in Frankfort.
