The Lady Colonels have two 2nd Region contests on the schedule this week, mercy ruling 9th ranked Union County (6-4) on Monday, with a battle at the top of the rankings with #2 University Heights Academy (8-1) on Thursday.

The Lady Rockets will find it hard to hold off 12th ranked Lyon County (4-8) in next week’s rankings after a 5-2 loss to the Lady Lyons on Monday in Eddyville, although a win over visiting, 8th ranked Trigg County (7-3-1) on Thursday would boost Crittenden’s resume.
