University Heights had an oddity on their volleyball schedule — a three-week layoff due to All-A Tourney play and the school’s outdoor school that saw them travel to Virginia. The Lady Blazers are still rounding into shape after the layoff, and Head Coach Faye Hendricks thinks they are ready to hit their stride as they play at Christian County Thursday.
