1. Henderson County Lady Colonels (12-3-2)
The Lady Colonels only had one match last week, winning 4-0 over Murray High (12-5) in Henderson. The Lady Colonels have 2 remaining matches, Monday at Greenwood (15-2-1) and at home against Owensboro Catholic (15-0-2).
2. University Heights Academy Lady Blazers (11-3)
The Lady Blazers won all three of their matches last week, 4-1 on post against Fort Campbell (6-10), 2-0 at Caldwell County (9-8-1), and 10-0 against Hopkins County Central (9-5-1) at Givens Field. UHA has a big match on Monday at Madisonville-North Hopkins (8-4-4), and then they host Fort Campbell (6-10) to wrap up the regular season.
3. Caldwell County Lady Tigers (9-8-1)
The Lady Tigers dropped 2 matches last week, part of a current 5 game winless streak. Caldwell lost 5-2 on the road to Ohio County (10-7), before a 2-0 home loss to UHA at Butler Stadium. The Lady Tigers will be busy during the last week of the regular season, hosting Crittenden County (4-9-1) and McCracken County (12-7), with a trip to Calloway County (9-7) in between.
4. Madisonville-North Hopkins Lady Maroons (8-4-4)
The Lady Maroons picked up 2 home wins last week, winning 6-1 against Hopkinsville (5-10-1) and 3-0 over Muhlenberg County (8-7-2). Madisonville has two tough 2nd region match-ups on tap for the last week of the regular season, hosting UHA (11-3) on Monday and Trigg County (9-4-2) on Thursday.
5. Hopkins County Central Lady Storm (9-5-1)
The Lady Storm split two matches last week, winning 4-1 over St. Mary in Paducah and losing 10-0 on the road at UHA (11-3). Hopkins Central have 3 games remaining, Todd County Central (9-4-1) at home, McLean County (1-12-2) on the road, and Owensboro (6-9-2) in Morton’s Gap.
6. Fort Campbell Lady Falcons (6-10)
Fort Campbell played 3 matches last week, going 1-2. A 4-1 home loss to UHA (11-3) began the week, followed by a 1-0 home win over West Creek, TN. A Saturday trip to Calloway County (9-7) to end the week resulted in a 9-2 loss. The Lady Falcons only remaining match is an 8th District showdown with UHA (11-3) at Givens Field.
7. Hopkinsville Lady Tigers (5-10-1)
The Lady Tigers went 1-1 last week, losing 6-1 at Madisonville-North Hopkins (8-4-4) and winning 9-1 over Logan County (4-9) at the Stadium of Champions to wrap up their regular season slate. The Lady Tigers have the week off to prepare for post-season play.
8. Trigg County Lady Wildcats (9-4-2)
The Lady Wildcats only played one match last week, drawing St. Mary 2-2 on the road. Unfortunately for the Lady Wildcats, they had 2 matches canceled, an away match with Ballard Memorial and a home game with Todd County Central. The Lady Wildcats have 2 games scheduled for the last week of the season, trips to Mayfield (1-13-1) on Monday and Madisonville-North Hopkins (8-4-4) on Thursday.
9. Union County Bravettes (9-5-1)
Union County won 2 games and tied one last week, getting a 5-4 home win over Lyon County (4-10-2) and a 5-2 road win over Crittenden County (4-9-1). Union ended the week with a 2-2 road draw with McLean County (1-12-2). Union ends the regular season with two road matches, traveling to Mayfield (1-13-1) on Tuesday and Lyon County (4-10-2) on Thursday.
10. Webster County Lady Trojans (5-9)
The Lady Trojans had an easy week, snapping a 5 game losing streak by winning home matches 6-0 over Crittenden County (4-9-1) and 6-1 over McLean County (1-12-2). The Lady Trojans have two more home games this week, hosting Lyon County (4-10-2) and Todd County Central (9-4-1).
11. Christian County Lady Colonels (5-12)
Christian County went 2-1 last week, winning 3-2 over Lyon County (4-10-2) at home, 1-0 over Paducah Tilghman (2-11) on the road, and losing 9-0 on the road at Apollo (7-10-2). The Lady Colonels, who have won 4 of their last 6, only have one game left in the regular season, hosting Muhlenberg County (8-7-2) on Thursday.
12. Lyon County Lady Lyons (4-10-2)
The Lady Lyons suffered two close losses last week, falling 5-4 at Union County (9-5-1) and 3-2 at Christian County (5-12). Lyon has 3 games scheduled this week, traveling to Webster County (5-9) on Monday, and hosting Ballard Memorial (2-10-1) on Tuesday and Union County (9-5-1) on Thursday.
13. Crittenden County Lady Rockets (4-9-1)
Crittenden lost 2 matches last week, part of an overall 5 game winless streak. The Lady Rockets fell 6-0 at Webster County (5-9), and 5-2 at home against Union County (9-5-1). They close out the regular season on Monday with a trip to Butler Stadium to face the 9-8-1 Caldwell County Lady Tigers.
