Heritage Christian Academy sophomore Thomas West was named to the Kentucky Christian Athletic Association All-State Soccer Team. West scored 22 goals for the Warriors this year.
Other players named to the KCAA All-State Team were Eli Hutchinson (Somerset), Stephen Pfeiffer (Assumption), Gregory Evans (Assumption), Caleb Valentine (Trinity), Brandt Ladner (Cornerstone), Alexander McFarland (Highlands), James Reilly (Highlands), Jose Chavez (Somerset), and Jake Phelps (Somerset). Trinity’s Caleb Valentine was named KCAA Mr. Soccer.
The All-State awards were named after Somerset Christian beat Assumption 4-2 for the KCAA state title.
