UHA runners Muki Kunnmann (left) and Tomas Duncan were named to the KTCCCA Class 1A All-State Team after each winning Region I titles and finishing in the top 15 at the state meet.
A pair of University Heights Academy runners who have ran well all season were named to the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association Class 1A All-State Team Monday.
Freshman Tomas Duncan, who won the Region I Meet, made up over two-dozen spots in the final mile of the 1A State Meet Saturday to finish 15th.
Junior Muki Kunnmann, who won the Region I Meet for a third straight year, also notched her third straight top ten finish at the Class 1A State Meet Saturday by coming across the finish line in 10th place.
