Christian County senior Courtney Smith has committed to play her collegiate volleyball at Brescia University in Owensboro. Smith made the announcement on her Twitter account.
Smith has been on the Lady Colonel varsity roster since the eighth grade. Christian County notched an 84-64 record during Smith’s four high school season, including a region title. She will join former teammate April Buckner at Brescia, who enters their postseason conference tournament with a record of 22-13.
