The Trigg County boys’ soccer team held their end-of-season banquet on Thursday. From left to right in the picture, junior Daniel Martin won the Field General Award, after winning the Defensive MVP last season. Senior Carter Boyd took home the Defensive MVP Award, while freshmen Will Jolly received the Offensive MVP. Freshman Ben Futrell, who just joined the team a couple of weeks before the season began, was given the Outstanding Newcomer Award, while sophomore goalkeeper Matthew Smith earned the Most Improved Award.
Along with Boyd, the Wildcats honored their other three seniors, defender Jacob Kesty, defender Max Sauermann, and midfielder Javier Llarena.
