The UHA Blazers picked up their second win of the Traditional Bank Holiday Classic at Lexington Catholic Friday. The Blazers edged out Franklin County 64-62, handing the Flyers their second loss of the tournament.
After being limited to just 22 points in the first half, the Blazers got their offense rolling in the second half, putting up 42 points in the final sixteen minutes.
UHA got another big game from KyKy Tandy, who led the way with 29 points. Tandy, who was held scoreless during the first quarter, scored 25 of his points in the second half, including 13 in the final period.
Drew McGowan added 11 points, while point guard KJ Crump tossed in 10.
UHA improved to 7-4 with the win.
