Todd County Central’s Austin Rager celebrated his birthday Thursday by knocking down a big 3-pointer at the end of the third quarter to help stave off a Cumberland County run. The Rebels won 72-64 to advance to the All-A region semifinals, and Austin got an additional birthday present.
