The Fort Campbell boys’ basketball team went on the road to Marion on Friday night, losing 82-73 to Crittenden County. The Rockets improve to 5-12, while the Falcons drop to 3-12.
Crittenden closed the first half on an 11-3 run, led by three three-pointers from junior Sawyer Towery, and the Falcons trailed 48-39 at the break. The Rockets took a 13-point lead into the fourth quarter, and held off Fort Campbell to win 82-73. Sophomore forward Jorden Clark led the Falcons with 30 points and 13 rebounds.
Up next for the Falcons is a trip across state lines to face Clarksville Christian on Monday.
