Livingston Central won the top seed in the Boys’ Fifth District Basketball Tournament by virtue of winning a three-way coin toss Wednesday. The Cardinals will play Crittenden County in the first round of the tournament Feb. 19 in Marion. Cardinal Coach Bill McNamara talks about the draw and how his team is playing of late.
