Christian County senior Trinitee Jackson has been named the Second Region Player of the Year by the Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches. The honor means Jackson will receive an automatic invitation to try out for the Kentucky All-Star Team that plays Indiana’s all-stars each summer and will be a candidate for Miss Basketball.
The Arkansas State signee leads the Lady Colonels in scoring at 14.6 points per game and rebounds with 8.7. She is among the state leaders in field goal percentage at 64.1%.
