Ben Jacobs struck out 12 batters in tossing a no-hitter for Heritage Christian Academy Saturday.
Heritage Christian Academy opened their 2018 baseball season with a 10-0 win over Franklin Road Christian of Murfreesboro, TN Saturday at Eddings Field.
Ben Jacobs pitched a no-hitter for the Warriors and struck out 12 over five innings to lead the way. He also had a hit, drove in two runs, and stole two bases to help his cause at the plate.
Elijah Britton had a triple, Trenton Hayes a double, and Gabe Price added two hits to pace the eight-hit attack for HCA.
The Warriors will return to action Tuesday when they host Jo Byrns, TN.
