Foor won the 155-pound weight class and was named the Outstanding Lifter in the lower weight classes with a total of 525 pounds in the bench and clean.
It’s the third straight year Foor as won an individual state title and been named the outstanding lifter in the 125-175-pound classes.
Foor joined William Long as Tigers who brought home state titles. Long totaled 585 pounds to win the 250-pound class.
