The Fort Campbell softball team went on the road Friday night, losing 16-0 to Muhlenberg County. The Lady Falcons were outhit 12-0 over three innings, their second straight without a hit.
Senior Sara Silva was the starter for Fort Campbell, recording one out and allowing four hits and 9 runs. 7th grader Lizette Ceja went the rest of the way, giving up eight hits and 7 runs. Freshman Emma Rose got the win for the Lady Mustangs, striking out five and walking two.
Fort Campbell has a week off before hosting Fulton City (0-1) next Saturday.
