Todd County Central opened district play Tuesday with a 3-2 win over Franklin-Simpson in Elkton.
Franklin-Simpson jumped out to a 2-0 lead before the Lady Rebels tallied a run in the fourth on an Emma Harris RBI to cut the lead in half.
Todd County tied the game in the sixth inning on an RBI double by Rachel Bilyeu.
In the bottom of the seventh, Samantha Case singled and scored ahead of Maddie Williams’ double for the game-winning run. Williams also got the win in the circle, giving up two runs and registering one strikeout.
Michaela Robertson had a single, double, and triple with two runs scored, while Rachel Bilyeu had a double and a run knocked in.
The Lady Rebel win snapped a 13-game losing streak to Franklin-Simpson dating back to 2012.
Todd County (2-2) will host Edmonson County Thursday.
