Caldwell County’s Chasie Phelps has been a part of the last three straight girls’ doubles region titles. She teamed with Belle Englebright to win the 2016 title and has partnered with Hana Dixon to win the last two. Both Dixon and Phelps talked about the region title repeat and what lies ahead at the state tournament.
