Caldwell County senior Ben Knight has been named to the Kentucky Tennis Coaches Association All-State Team.
Knight entered the Region Two Tournament as the three seed but rolled to his second straight region title, becoming the first Tiger to win consecutive region titles since Clint Joiner in 2012-13. He went on to win his first round match at the state tournament for the second time in three seasons.
Knight was one of 25 player named to the All-State Team, with St. Xavier’s Alex Wesbrooks named Mr. Tennis.
