After winning five region titles as Hopkinsville basketball coach, Tim Haworth took the Male High coaching job in the spring. He takes over a Male program that was 57-34 under Willie Feldhaus, who resigned in March and announced he was moving back to Lexington. The Bulldogs graduate just three seniors from a team that went 17-14 last year. Male hasn’t won a game in the Seventh Region Tournament since 2014 and the school’s last region title came in 2002.
Haworth said spring workouts went well and looks forward to getting knee-deep in practices this fall.
