Todd County Central has had two winning seasons and no district volleyball championships in their program history. Morganne Mullen has been tasked with hanging their first district title banner in Rebel Gym.
Mullen was a member of Heritage Christian Academy’s run of success early in the decade and signed to play college volleyball at Mid-Continent University. She becomes the school’s fourth head coach in five years.
Todd County Central has some key parts returning from last year’s 5-27 squad. Seniors Kinley Reding, Alma Guerra, and Danielle Willis return and will be counted on to lead the team.
Lucy Chester and Presley Conquest were key contributors as middle schoolers last year, and Kylie Kirkman and Brylee Shemwell also return for the Lady Rebels, who will be looking for their first winning season since 2011.
Todd County Central will host Webster County Thursday in Elkton.
