For the first time in school history, Russellville is fielding a girls’ varsity soccer team. The Lady Panthers took to the pitch Thursday at Todd County and lost by a respectable 2-0 score. Coach Eric Evans previously coached at Logan County and knows what lies ahead as he tries to build a program from the ground up.
