Madisonville extended their winning streak over Trigg County to 11 games Tuesday following a 3-0 (25-18, 25-7, 25-10) win over the Lady Wildcats at Maroon Gym.
The second set continues to be a problem spot for the Lady Wildcats, who scored just seven points against Madisonville. On the season, Trigg County averages 20 points in the first sets of their five losses and 18 points in the third set. They score just 12 points in the second set.
Lexie Wright had six kills, and Chloe Williamson had four assists for the Lady Wildcats, who have not beaten Madisonville since the 2008 season.
Trigg County (2-5) will travel to Calloway County Thursday.
