Three players accounted for all of Fort Campbell’s scoring in a 7-2 win over Todd County Central Monday in Elkton. Kaitlyn Cervantes tallied a hat trick, and Hannah Eastes and Aria De Silva both scored twice as the Lady Falcons scored a season-high in goals.
Jenny Flores and Maddye Drummond both scored for Todd County Central, who dropped their third straight match. The Lady Rebels have scored two goals in four of their five matches this year in dropping to 1-4.
“Fort Campbell is an extremely solid team, and we are young,” said Lady Rebel Coach Katie Covington, who added that injuries are starting to take their toll on her squad.
Todd County will host Logan County Tuesday in a 13th District matchup in Elkton, while Fort Campbell (2-2) will travel to Trigg County Thursday.
