Logan County held Todd County Central without a shot in their 5-0 boys’ soccer win Tuesday in Elkton. The loss sent to Rebels to 0-6 overall and 0-2 in the 13th District.
Nick Petrie got the scoring going for Logan County with a penalty kick 12 minutes into the contest. Petrie would assist on the Cougars’ final two goals of the half – one on a corner kick to Ethan Haley and the second to Seth Burchett with a minute remaining.
Petrie would get his second goal of the game 14 minutes into the second half. Burchett assisted on the final goal, a corner kick to Haley.
Logan County outshot the Rebels 30-0 in the contest.
The Rebels, who haven’t found the net since their All-A Region loss to Clinton County ten days ago, will play at Warren East Tuesday.
