Lyon County's Todd Huddleston
A combination of players out due to red cards and sickness was too much for Lyon County to overcome in a 5-3 loss to Muhlenberg County Tuesday in Greenville.
Travis Crayne tallied a hat trick for the Lyons, and Todd Huddleston added an assist.
Coach Derek McCuiston said he is expecting to have his full roster of players available to him when they travel to Hopkins County Central Thursday and this weekend when the Lyons play in the prestigious Thoroughbred Cup in Elizabethtown.
The Lyons record stands at 1-4-1 on the season.
