The Todd County Central boys’ soccer team was on the road Thursday night, losing 3-0 to Russellville. The sophomore-laden Rebels slip to 0-8, and have been shutout six times. After only winning a single game last season, Russellville has enjoyed a change of fortune this season and now stand at 6-3 overall.
Todd County returns to the pitch on Monday when they welcome the Trigg County Wildcats (5-1) to Elkton. Monday’s meeting between the Rebels and Wildcats is the first since the 2012 season.
