Maddye Drummond scored two first half goals, and the Todd County Central defense made them stand up as they traveled to Munfordville and beat Hart County 2-1. The Lady Rebels have won four straight games for first time since early last season.
Drummond now has 10 goals on the season for Todd County Central, who improved their record to 5-5. Rachel Bilyeu had 14 saves in goal and helped lead a Lady Rebel defensive unit that has allowed just two goals in their five wins.
Todd County Central will try and nab a 13th District win Tuesday when they host Franklin-Simpson in Elkton. Todd lost to the Lady Cats 6-2 back on Aug. 21.
