The Christian County boys’ soccer team dropped its fourth-straight match with a 10-1 road loss to Greenwood on Thursday. The Colonels slip to 5-9, while Greenwood, one of the top teams in a loaded 4th Region, improves to 7-4 overall.
The Colonels’ lone goal came from junior Yeffrey Macario, only their second goal in the last four matches.
The Colonels will be hosting the Colonel Showcase this weekend at the Stadium of Champions. They open play against Mayfield (5-8), before meeting the Red Devils of Owensboro (10-3-1).
