The Todd County Central Lady Rebels volleyball team celebrated Senior Night in style Tuesday. Not only did the Lady Rebels honor their senior players, they picked up a district win by sweeping the Russellville Lady Panthers.
The first set was a tight battle, with Todd Central inching their way out to a 25-23 win. The Lady Rebels took firm control of the match in the second set, rolling to a 25-5 win to go out two sets to none.
While it was a bit more competitive in the 3rd set, it still was a comfortable win for the Lady Rebels, as they cruised out to a 25-15 win to complete the sweep.
The Lady Rebels got a big night from Kinley Reding with six aces and six kills. Danielle Willis chipped in with nine kills, while Lucy Chester added 7.
Todd Central improves to 4-15 on the season with the win.
