Trigg County pitcher Hannah Colbert has committed to continue her softball career at John A. Logan College in Carterville, Illinois. Colbert made the announcement on social media Monday.
Colbert has been named to the All-Fifth District and All-Second Region Team. She was also named to the Class 2A All-State Second Team by the Kentucky Softball Coaches Association.
She was 17-14 with a 2.53 ERA and set a school record with 307 strikeouts in 201 innings pitched. As a sophomore, she was 12-12 with a 2.74 ERA and 138 strikeouts. At the plate, Colbert batted .368 with five homers and 20 RBIs.
John A. Logan College competes in the National Junior College Athletic Association.
