The Fort Campbell Falcons looked like they were headed for a big road win Tuesday evening. However, Paducah Tilghman had other thoughts. The Blue Tornado rallied from four goals down in the second half to salvage a 6-6 tie on their home pitch.
Fort Campbell had controlled the match for most of the evening. Midway through the second half, the Falcons appeared to be flying high, with a big 6-2 lead.
Tilghman then turned on the afterburners and scored four goals over the final twenty minutes of the half to get to the 6-6 final score.
Fort Campbell got big efforts from Jhonny Paniagua-Solis, who had a hat trick, and Raffael Cerritos, who found the net twice. Jared Mandaus also score for the Falcons.
With the loss, Fort Campbell falls to 2-6-2. The Falcons return to action Thursday at Fort Campbell.
