Trigg County freshman Hunter Reynolds turned in a 77 at the 1st Region golf tournament at Paxton Park in Paducah on Thursday. Reynolds’ scored helped Trigg County to a 4th-place team finish and qualified him for the 2018 Leachman Buick-GMC-Cadillac/KHSAA State Golf Championships, the first Wildcat golfer since 2014 to earn a trip. We caught up with Reynolds on the driving range at Arrowhead Golf Course in Cadiz, and he talked about his round and what state qualification means to him.
