
The Trigg County girls’ soccer team was scheduled to host Warren Central on Tuesday, but due to a 2nd-Region referee shortage the Lady Wildcats were forced to move the game to Bowling Green. After a 3-0 loss, the Lady Wildcats have won once in their last five to slip to 4-11-1. The Lady Dragons have won three of four to improve to 15-3-1 overall.
Adelisa Becirovic paced the Lady Dragons with 2 goals and an assist, followed by Beatrice Malenga with a goal and an assist. Kelsey Lazo contributed an assist. Eriona Shabani made 2 saves to earn the shutout.
Up next for the Lady Wildcats is a visit from the 13-2 Madisonville-North Hopkins Lady Maroons to wrap up the regular season on Thursday.
