The Caldwell County volleyball team will be riding a 3-match win streak when they take the court against Trigg County in the first round of the 2nd Region tournament in Union County on Tuesday. Should the Lady Tigers get past the Lady Wildcats, a meeting with the Henderson County Lady Colonels looms in the second round. Caldwell knocked off Henderson 3-1 just over a week ago, and would have the opportunity to avenge last season’s 0-3 regional-title game loss to the Lady Colonels. YSE was on hand in Madisonville Friday morning to get Coach Daniel Cortner’s thoughts on the draw.
