The Trigg County cross country team enjoyed a strong showing at last weekend’s Region 1 AA meet in Owensboro, qualifying both the girls’ and boys’ teams for Saturday’s state meet in Lexington. As the team prepared to board a bus to head to Lexington on Friday, the whole school took time to serenade them with the schools’ fight song.
