
As a sophomore, Damikeon Mathis ran the show from the point guard spot last season for the Christian County boys’ basketball team, runners-up in the 8th District and 2nd Region. Now as a junior and one of only two returning starters, Mathis is ready be a driving force behind an inexperienced Colonels team. He recently spoke about what he feels are his responsibilities as both a point guard and a leader.
