Fort Campbell’s struggles in scoring continued with a pair of losses Saturday at the Whitesville Trinity Shootout against a pair of Third Region teams.
The Lady Falcons opened with a 61-7 loss to Owensboro. Asia Cabili scored four points for Fort Campbell, while Lilliauna Powers hit a 3-pointer in the second quarter.
Amaya Curry led unbeaten Owensboro with 11 points.
Four Lady Falcons got into the scoring column in their 47-12 loss to Frederick Fraize Saturday afternoon. Cabili scored four points, while Aliya Powers and Danielle Houston both scored three points. Lilliauna Powers scored two points and grabbed nine rebounds. Keionn Brown didn’t score but had seven rebounds for the Lady Falcons.
Fort Campbell (0-5) will host Ohio County Monday.
