The UHA athletic department is now beginning the search for a new softball coach. Athletic Director Grant Shouse announced Friday afternoon that Mindy Hargrove was stepping down from the position effected immediate.
Shouse noted that Hargrove cited new business ventures and time limitations as the primary reasons for her decision to leave the program. Shouse thanked Hargrove for her contributions to the program during her time at UHA.
He added that UHA would be announcing the selection of a new head softball coach in the near future.
Hargrove compiled a 19-40 record in three seasons with the Lady Blazers.
