An eight-point first half deficit proved to be the difference in the game for Todd County Central as they dropped their final game in the Warren East Holiday Hoops Classic to Bardstown 51-46.
Todd fell behind 14-6 in the first quarter and trailed by six (28-22) at halftime and by four (38-34) after three quarters.
The Rebels hit 11-of-12 at the free throw line but only managed one 3-pointer in the contest.
Jon Calvery had another big game for the Rebels, hitting for 27 points. He was the only Todd Central player in double figures. Austin Rager added seven points.
Bardstown (5-6), coached by former University of Louisville guard James Brewer, got 19 points for JaRel Montgomery.
The Rebels drop to 4-8 on the season after going 1-2 at the Warren East tourney. Todd County Central will play Daviess County Dec. 27 in the first game of the South Central Bank-Halton Classic at Allen County-Scottsville.
